We only use tracked delivery services. The most appropriate delivery partner will be chosen at the time of dispatch and you will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email. We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday on the same working day.* Our standard processing and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders delivered to addresses outside New Zealand may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on chloezara.com. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of Chloe Zara Hair Care and our delivery partners.

Should an item be damaged while being shipped to you, we will provide you with a refund or send a replacement order out to you.

COVID-19: Please be aware there are currently delays with delivery due to covid-19, with the reduced number of domestic and international flights.

What items can I return?

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be unused
  • Items in their original packaging
  • Only items purchased from chloezara.com

How do I return?  

  • Please email hello@chloezara.com and we will provide a return authorisation for your order, within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Go to your local post office, buy postage to the address. Please your items in a secure courier bag. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and holding on to the receipt until the goods have been signed for as we will not be liable for any lost parcels.

How soon will I get my refund?

  •  Once your order is received and inspected the returns team will process this through our system and any credits will normally take 1-3 working days.
  •  Replacements will be processed through the system and where possible will be dispatched on the same day.
